Fitness Update

I am on day 8 of the 30 Day Shred, sadly I have missed 2 days. I've learned that if I work out late in the day I have too much energy to sleep come bed time. I am already noticing an improvement in my energy and with eating well and working out I have lost a couple pounds.

Can't wait to see where I'm at on day 30!
